Modified Sentence: 2 Wondering who might be calling so late,

2 breathing heavily into the handset, “Hello?”
Initial Sentence: I sat shivering on the park bench.
Modified Sentence: 2 Wrapping myself tighly in a thin blanket,
1 I sat shivering on the park bench,
2 wondering how to tell my parents the news.
